These terms apply to purchases from Sunny Skin Beauty for delivery or pickup in the Philippines.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate contact and recipient information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP). Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may verify stock, price, recipient details, delivery coverage, and payment arrangements before accepting and dispatching an order. We may cancel and refund an unavailable, incorrectly priced, fraudulent, or unlawful order.

Payment routes

GCash, bank or WorldFirst transfer, and PayPal are coordinated manually through customer service after an order number is created. Cash on delivery is available only through an eligible courier and requires the displayed shipping fee to be paid before dispatch; the remaining merchandise balance is paid on delivery. Local pickup timing, location, and payment are confirmed by customer service. No credit-card payment is offered by this store.

Products

We aim to display accurate product titles, images, ingredients, directions, warnings, availability, and prices. Packaging or colour may vary by batch or screen. Customers must review ingredients, directions, warnings, and suitability before use and stop use if irritation occurs.

Delivery and pickup

We currently accept only Philippine recipient addresses. Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates, and events outside reasonable control may cause delay. Pickup orders are released only after customer service confirms the schedule and the person collecting the order can provide the requested order information.

Lawful consumer remedies

Nothing in these terms removes or limits lawful consumer remedies for defective, unsafe, misdescribed, wrong, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming goods. Returns, replacements, repairs, refunds, and other remedies are handled under applicable Philippine consumer law and the Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, resell unlawfully, or use products or services in violation of applicable law. We may restrict accounts or orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers and the store.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent Philippine authorities and courts remain unaffected.
